Keep Moving: Each time you walk, track the number of miles you’ve completed. You can use a fitness app or keep a manual log.

Personalize Your Goal: Think about how many miles you'd like to walk for mental health awareness. It can be a small goal to start with or an ambitious one—you decide!
Write Your Goal on the Poster: Open your poster on your device and add your walking goal (or print it out and write it by hand). This will keep you motivated and on track.
