Come Walk With Me
Sumner, WA

Every step of the 721 Mile Walking Challenge has been more than a physical act—it has been a reflection on the silent battles so many face every day. Walking mile after mile has given us the space to truly understand that living with mental health challenges often feels like walking a road others can’t see or understand. For those struggling, the journey is heavier, the path longer, and the finish line less certain. As a nonprofit, we walk to honor their resilience, to amplify their voices, and to bring communities together in compassion and understanding.

The importance of collective action

World Mental Health Day
Global Event

Mental health is not just an individual struggle—it’s a collective responsibility. The World Health Organization reminds us, “There is no health without mental health.” Our events are designed to bridge the gap between awareness and action. From community walks to educational gatherings, each event is an opportunity to connect, learn, and advocate. Whether you are a mental health professional, an advocate, a survivor, or a supporter, your presence matters. Together, we can turn awareness into measurable change—one event, one conversation, one step at a time.

A space to connect and grow

October 25

Tacoma, WA

This page is where we share upcoming opportunities to walk together, join community events, and take part in initiatives that make a difference. As 721 Love You grows, so will the ways we engage—expanding from local walks to larger awareness campaigns, workshops, and mental health partnerships. We invite you to bookmark this page, return often, and step forward with us in the fight to break the silence and stigma surrounding mental health.
